A closable living space by the pool
A terrace that switches between open and closed with a guillotine glass and glass roof combination.
The villa's poolside terrace was enclosed on three sides with guillotine glass, turning it into a closed room in winter. In summer the panels drop fully and the space becomes an open terrace again.
A thermally insulated glass roof was chosen for the canopy, preserving daylight while preventing overheating in summer.
