When you fill in the contact or quote forms, we process only the following data needed to respond to your request:

• Identity: first and last name
• Contact details: email address and phone number
• Request details: subject, the product you want a quote for and the content of your message
• Transaction security: the IP address and access time that may be recorded in the technical logs of the infrastructure hosting the site

• Responding to your enquiries and getting in touch with you
• Preparing quotes and scheduling site surveys and measurements
• Carrying out pre-contractual processes
• Fulfilling our legal obligations and responding to requests from competent authorities
• Keeping our website and information systems secure

Your personal data is collected electronically when you submit it through the contact and quote forms on our website.

This data is processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5(2) of KVKK: it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract (point c), it is necessary for the data controller to comply with a legal obligation (point ç), and it is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (point f).

The information you submit through the forms is delivered to our company email address via our email delivery service provider. Because the servers of these providers may be located outside Turkey, this transfer is carried out in accordance with the conditions set out in Article 9 of KVKK.

Your personal data may be shared with competent public authorities where required by law. Your data is never sold or rented to third parties for marketing purposes.

Your personal data is kept for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the limitation periods set out in the applicable legislation. At the end of these periods, your data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Under Article 11 of KVKK, you may apply to the data controller to:

• Learn whether your personal data is being processed
• Request information about the processing if it has been processed
• Learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose
• Know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom your data has been transferred
• Request correction if your data is incomplete or inaccurate
• Request deletion or destruction of your data under the conditions of Article 7 of KVKK
• Request that any correction, deletion or destruction be notified to the third parties to whom the data was transferred
• Object to a result against you arising from analysis carried out exclusively by automated systems
• Claim compensation if you suffer damage because your data was processed unlawfully

You can submit requests regarding your rights in writing to our address or by email, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller.

Your application will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. If the process incurs an additional cost, a fee may be charged according to the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board.
